Work principle

    This machine can accomplish 21 process from the row material to end product. First heating the packing material and push it to the mold, forming the shape in blowing. And now it is the bottle group, and then cutting them as the single board. Transfer the board to the electronic control program, filling system, sealing, end cutting, batch number, transfer the end product, all above process all transferred manipulator.

Operational safety and matters needing attention

1. It should close the safety mask when you operate the machine in order to avoid hurting operator and damaging the machine.

2. When the machine is running, the operator should pay attention to every parts of the machine run. Once unusual situation is happened, such as boards are out of order, are crashed each other, are leaking the fluid, are not shaped well or PVC/PE is stick on the mold, you will stop the machine immediately in order to avoid the serious situation.

3. Do not revolve Moves clamps and Static clamps controlling switch during machine is running

4. Pay attention to the speed of machine and adjust it  according to situation.

5. Do not be confused in distinguishing the Movement direction of Main Electrical machinery,power line is recharged especially.

6. Do not make the molds together avoiding film is stick on the molds when you stop the machine.

7. You should write down the number which is shown on the screen in order to statistical productivity

8. The cooling water will stop cycling when the temperature of the form mold to fall to the room temperature

9. The heater will start to work after cooling water beginning to cycle.

 

Daily maintenance and maintenance

1. Clean and examine each clamp and the mold whether there is packing material leaving on or not after production.

2. Clean the filling part carefully, especially after changing different liquid  preventing the jamming dosage injector and polluting the medicine.

3. Clean all movement part on the machine, which contacted the liquid. Wiping off the liquid on the track and seals as soon as possible.

4. Fall over cooling water if you will not use the machine a lone time.

5. Fill in the machine operating record earnestly.

 

Machine lubrication

1. Apply oil on all props, the guide rod and other spare part moving relatively including Transmission part such as reciprocating shaft, each kind of bearing, cam, V-belt pulley, end surface cam and chain link. use the No 20 Machine oil in winter and in summer choosing the No 30  one. Put the lithium lubricant on the surface of the cam, the chain link and the gear one time forty working hours.

2. It can be replenished lubricating oil for the other move parts of the machine one time two weeks at least.

3. Please pay attention to the level of the oil in the Oil mist of the Pneumatic system. 

 

How to deal with fault

If the machine have fault the machine will power off automatically, it will alarm on the touch screen, we must get rid of fault and press the “reset” button. And then start the machine. If we pressing “reset ” button can’t deal with the fault, we can power off the electricity, and operator the machine with human, to the safety position and repaired it. After repaired, power on the machine but not start it at once, also jog the machine for several circle, to see if have something wrong, if not and start it.
